As a former Audi owner I can say they do look a bit similar, the sliver surround and a few buttons inside, but all those after thought looking buttons, NOPE!

Yeah, pretty sure they are the same vents in the F-150 and probably a lot of other USDM products. Maybe the Transit vans too. The ones in my truck are slightly different, but pretty sure they would be completely interchangeable.
